Amazing Pizza Party Bites

1 Package of Dixie Fixins Summer Tomato & Basil Dip Mix

1 Cup of Mayonnaise

1 cup of Sour Cream

2 Packages of Mini Filo Shells

1 Cup of Shredded Mozzarella

Pepperoni Slices



Combine 1 package of Dixie Fixins Summer Tomato & Basil Dip Mix, mayonnaise and sour cream as directed on package. Fill filo shells with dip (pipe in with a Ziploc bag for the easiest way to fill with no mess). Cut up pepperoni slices into fourths. Garnish each shell with a pepperoni slice and mozzarella. Pop in a 350° oven just long enough for the cheese to melt and serve. Makes approximately 30 appetizer bites.
